The system analyst ensures the system requirements are documented and makes sure all team members are aware of them. Barry communicates with the client and relays messages to the team and vice versa.

Kyle ensures that a design is made in line with the requirements specification. He allocates tasks to all team members and ensures tasks are completed according to the project plan.

Jack oversees the development of the project and ensures all tasks are completed on time and meet the project’s standards.

Ben ensures that documentation is available to all team members and is responsible for maintaining data storage, including naming, access permissions, and version control.
